Living room

This bright and spacious lounge is comfortably furnished, and has dual aspect picture windows which overlook the back garden and River Nethy beyond.

Sun room

This wonderful room in which to sit and relax has windows to the side and rear garden.  The room is flooded with light and there is a wood burning stove sited on a beautiful slate hearth which provides superb warmth and atmosphere.

Kitchen / dining room

A fantastic kitchen and dining room with good space for entertaining or enjoying family meals together.  The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker and integrated fridge freezer.  The dining area has a large table seating 6 and looks out onto the patio and bird feeders. There are double doors into the garden.

Bedroom 1

A generously sized room with a double bed and a large window overlooking the garden and river.  Integral double wardrobes.

Bedroom 2

A spacious room with a bunk bed and single bed.  Integral double wardrobes and a large chest of drawers.

OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE...
 

The cottage is set well back from the road and accessed through a timber gate into a sweeping gravel teardrop shaped driveway.  There is mature planting in the front and back gardens giving excellent privacy.

​

The rear garden has a large patio area with wooden seating, accessible directly from the kitchen, sun room and utility area.  It also has an extensive lawn with a picnic table.

​

The garden runs gently down through a wooded area to the banks of the River Nethy.  The river runs the width of the garden and is unfenced.

​

There is a lockable shed with garden toys and game. Guests are welcome to use this to store bicycles etc.
